Monongahela-West Penn
The Fairmont-Clarksburg Division of the Monongahela-West Penn Railways ran a route north out of Fairmont to the town of Rivesville, WV.  The tracks paralleled the Monongahela River to Rivesville Power Station at the north end of town.  The Picture below, is looking north on  in Rivesville.  The photographer of this picture is unknown(8).  It must have been taken around the end of service during the City Lines of West Virginia ownership. The car appears to be heading toward the end of the line at the power station.  Around that area was Rivesville Junction, where cars ran to Fairview on the what was originally called the Fairmont & Northern Traction Company(11/2001)
